Terms & Conditions

1. General Sale Conditions

GC PC provides professional computer repair, deep system cleaning, and bespoke custom PC building services. All services are subject to an initial technical assessment. For custom builds, we quote based on current market hardware pricing. By commissioning a service, you agree to the specific technical scope defined in your quote.

2. Payment

Payments are required in full upon completion of services or as specified in your invoice. For custom PC builds, a deposit may be required to secure hardware components. We accept standard UK payment methods. All prices are quoted in GBP and include relevant technical labor costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer secure UK-wide shipping for custom-built systems. All systems are packaged using industry-standard protective materials. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. For local repairs, collection/delivery must be arranged directly with our technical team.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of custom PC builds, returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable hardware fault. Repair services are non-refundable once the work is completed and tested. In the event of a faulty part, we will manage the manufacturer RMA process as part of our service.

5. Warranties

GC PC provides a 1-month labour warranty on all custom builds and repair work. Hardware components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty is void if for any reason the system is opened, modified, or tampered with by a third-party non-authorized by us.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for backing up all data before providing any device for repair. GC PC is not responsible for data loss. You must provide accurate diagnostic information and return-delivery addresses. Failure to provide correct information may result in service delays or additional costs.

7. Liability Limitations

GC PC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our services are provided for personal and professional use within the UK legal framework.
